Music Director, Matthew Jones, concertmaster and soloist, Mark Whale, and members of the Etobicoke Philharmonic Orchestra (EPO), invite you to join them on a journey of discovery as they explore some of the most delightful works of programmatic music.
Sunday, Feb 10, 2019 at 2p.m., at Humber Valley United Church.
The EPO will perform three complete works – Vivaldi's “Winter” from his Four Seasons, Rossini’s “William Tell Overture,” and Prokofiev’s “Lieutenant Kîjé Suite,” the very first movie score.
Young and young at heart are invited to be a part of the conversation as the musicians bring to life the stories depicted in this wonderful music.
